At ACE Plastic Industry LLC – UK Branch office, we are committed to providing high-quality packaging solutions. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we offer a 7-Day Return and Refund Policy as outlined below:
1. Eligibility
⦁ You may return items within 7 days of receiving your order.
⦁ Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in saleable condition.
⦁ Custom or personalized orders (e.g. printed/ bespoke packaging) cannot be returned unless they are defective or incorrect.
2. Initiating a Return
⦁ Contact our Customer Service team at info@aceplastic.co.uk or 07459823493 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending any items back.
⦁ Once approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions.
3. Inspection and Refunds
⦁ Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we’ll notify you of the outcome.
⦁ If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
4. Return Shipping
⦁ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.
⦁ We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
⦁ If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue at info@aceplastic.co.uk or 07459823493 so we can resolve it promptly. If you not informed within 48 hours, about damage or incorrect of goods received, you can’t claim exchange of goods, return of goods or refund of amount paid.
6. Exceptions
⦁ Returns after the 7-day period will not be accepted.
⦁ Special discounted or promo price order and customized products may not be eligible for return.
