These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the sale of goods by ACE Plastic Industry LLC – UK Branch office (“ACE”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) to customers (“you”, “your”) purchasing via our website. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Illustrative Product Images
All product images, descriptions, and specifications displayed on our website are for illustration purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, the actual appearance of products may differ from the images or descriptions provided. We do not guarantee that colours, materials, or packaging shown on your device accurately reflect the actual product.

2. Minimum Order Value
The minimum order value is £50 (GBP). Orders below this amount will not be processed or accepted.

3. Order Acceptance & Cancellation by ACE
ACE reserves the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order at our sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason. This may include, but is not limited to, orders affected by pricing errors, product unavailability, or suspected fraud.

4. Delivery and Lead Times
Delivery times provided at checkout or on our website are estimated only and not guaranteed. ACE shall not be liable for any delay in delivery or for any loss, expense, or damage suffered by you as a result of a delay in receiving goods beyond the estimated timeframe.

5. Risk and Title of Goods
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. However, title to the goods shall remain with ACE until we receive full payment of the invoice amount. If payment is not received within the agreed payment terms specified on your invoice, ACE reserves the right to reclaim the goods from your premises without prior notice.

6. Quantity Tolerance
All product quantities supplied in a pack are subject to a tolerance of ±5%. This means the delivered quantity may vary within this margin and will be deemed compliant with your order.

7. Customer Cancellations
Orders cancelled by the customer after acceptance will be subject to a cancellation fee of £15 or 5% of the total order value, whichever is higher.

8. Returns Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. To qualify, goods must remain unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Please refer to our full Returns Policy for more details.
Once a product is unpacked, used, or altered in any way, ACE will not accept any return, replacement, or compensation claim, including but not limited to claims for product quality or suitability.

9. Customer Responsibility
It is your responsibility to inspect all goods upon receipt for quality and quantity before unpacking or using them. Once goods are unpacked, no claims for defects, shortages, or unsuitability will be accepted.

10. Product Listings
ACE reserves the right to list or de-list any product from our website at any time without prior notice. Availability is not guaranteed.

11. Pricing and Payment
All prices are shown in GBP and exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment terms will be as stated on your invoice. Late payments may result in interest charges and collection actions.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland, United Kingdom. Any dispute arising from these Terms or related to an order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitration located in Glasgow, United Kingdom.

13. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, or any other applicable UK law.

14. Amendments
ACE may update or revise these Terms from time to time. The version displayed on our website at the time of your order shall apply to that transaction.
